Today is also the happiest day of this semester!!
I got back 3 projects today and I got an A for all of them! WOOOHOOOO!
Leisure, Recreation and Tourism (LRT) projects - A
Leisure, Recreation and Tourism journals - A
East Asia (EA) essay - A
And another project which i got back one week ago,
Changing Landscapes of Singapore - A+
Hahahaa.. sorry for seeming to be haolian-ing.. Im just very very happy... This has never happened to me before.. This is such a morale booster and study motivator for my upcoming exams!!
And now I would like to thank the follow people...
1. All my Changing Landscapes project members - Jiajie, Zhiliang, Jac, Peishi & Laura, for putting in so much effort into it, and especially to JJ and Zhiliang for working the hardest, and providing me with a lot of guidance since i was the only yr2 and obviously the least experienced memeber.
2. All my LRT group members - Hongyi, Jianyin & Ziping, for all the fun time we had in doing this project and during all our tutorials too.
3. JJ and Zhiliang for their help in our LRT project, especially all the good ideas and tips.
4. Zhiliang for his guidance in helping me with my LRT journal.
And lastly,
5. Zhiiang again, for tolerating me as his EA porject partner, cos i've probably brought him more trouble than contribution in the course of this project...(haha. ) And I really learnt a lot of valuable things from him.
And finally, thanks to everybody who has in one way or another made my life this sem a happy one.. Hahaa...
To everyone who are preparing for their exams:
STUDY HARD!
GOOD LUCK!
=)

But I dun seem to feel very stressed yet... Which is a good thing or bad thing?
Yesterday and today were spent mostly on enjoyment.. It doesnt feel like exams are near at all!
Yesterday me and Weiliat had a romantic dinner at the Equinox Restaurant. This is a super high-class restaurant with super nice food, and it is super expensive too la.. haha. (ah boh den.) Its located on the 70th floor of Swissotel Stanford.. so you can imagine how breathtaking the view was... We arrived at about 6.45pm, just in time to see the sun set... WOOOOOOO.. Im sure i have never seen something more beautiful in my life. Maybe its because im a geography student.. i seem to appreciate the scenery more deeply than my bf... I mean as i look at the paranormic view of Singapore's central business district, things from the module Cities In Transition came to my mind.. urbanisation, economic development and stuff... When i saw HBD flats i thought about the PAP's success in providing housing in the process of nation building.. from the module Changing Landscapes of Singapore... When i saw the Singapore River and the Marina Bay, i thought about what i learnt in the module Terrestrial and Coastal Environment.. And when i see foreigners in the restaurant i think about tourism from the module Leisure, Recreation and Tourism..Wahahahaa.. i know you may think this is crazy.. no lor, this is called xue yi zhi yong ok? Hahaa.. Of course i didnt spoil the whole romantic atmostphere by talking about all these to my bf.. which i think he will faint if i do so... Hahaha.. We had a really wonderful dinner, the food was good, the view was good, and we had a nice chat.. without involving geography concepts of cos. =)
As for today... I had a SUPER SUPER DUPER fun time at the Settler's Cafe with my friends - Hongyi, Qing Yue (Moon), Chi Man, Daeyna and Yilin. For the benefit of those of you who dunno this place... this is a cafe where you can eat and play a lot of card or board games and its located at Holland Village. We played games from 2pm all the way to 7pm non-stop.. We played Game of Life, Taboo and another very fun game which i cant remember the name.. My favourite was Taboo!! I tell you i really laughed so much until my stomach pain and my mouth there the muscle still ache up till now. The best part is Slow's excellant acting skills! (Slow is Yilin's nickname, obviously cos she do everything also very slow la.) She could imitate an asthma attack so well that we were too busy laughing to guess the answer! Hahaha... end up the answer wasnt 'asthma'.. it was 'afraid'... i wonder wads the link.. but anyway it was very very funny.. really.. she sounded like she was hyperventilating. Haha.. At first we still thought she will live up to her name - Slow, and would be very slow indeed.. but turns out she was one of the best at Taboo. We were impressed! Haha... I also not bad k.. I held the highest record of 8 correct answers within the time limit! (which means i managed to make my group members guess correctly 8 words) If you played Taboo before you will know that it is not easy... the Taboo words (words u cant mention) are out to kill you!!! Its so hard to avoid them! But thats the funny part la.. cos u will see pple use super weird ways to get the message across without saying the Taboo words... And sometimes after so much efforst still blurt it out by mistake... haha.. then thats toooo bad. Haha.. fun game eh? Those who never play before shd try! Go on down to Settler's Cafe and enjoy yourselves bah!
AAAAHHHH!! Dun feel like studying liao la!!! Can just everyday go there and play???
Wah lau.. can jiu hao liao... Nevermind.. after exams MUST go back AGAIN.. and again.. and again.. haha.
