And i thought after i leave sec sch i will nv need to do projects again.. but alas! ... i've got 4 projects to do this sem.. how about tat man...

My mood is quite good today.. today no school and only got one tuition instead of two.. so shuang.

Have you ever made a lousy decision and regret it so much until you feel so depressed?
I just did...
Sometimes when you're presented with 2 choices.. how do u know which is better?
How do u know wad u really wan?
Then after you've taken one of the choices.. and realise its not wad u wan... How can u be so sure that the other choice is better?
So it can be tat both choices arent good at all... and i shouldnt be feeling frustrated now.. sigh.

Why are there so many readings?
Why tutorials start next week?? argghhh...
I haven got enough of orientation.. haha
Erdem was such a wonderful OG... nice people and all... keep seeing them around in school...
Many of us are in SC1101E... i think at least 7 of us.. that makes more than half the OG..
Its really a nice feeling when you see people you know ard in school... esp so when you dun have that many friends.. a hi from a friend can really make your day.. Oh im talking about myself la. hehe....
Btw.. my tutorial timetable sucks... i've got a lot of disgusting slots..
The worse of all is a 4-6 slot on my FREE day... hai...

okie.. its been one week since the last time i blogged... busy la..
who says uni life not busy? who says arts is the slackest? alright la.. quite slack la.. but i've got 4 tuitions leh.. so very busy loh..
My lectures have been very interesting.. esp. geography and exept chinese studies...
The geography lecturer was so humourous man... he's a Hongkonger... so he speaks english with a strong cantonese accent... his attempt to speak proper english contributes to his humour.. and of course his jokes... absolutely funny! His lecture made pple who dun like geog to sit up and listen attentively.. as for me, i thoroughly love his lecture!
Chinese studies is the worst module of all... the lecture mumbles to himself... i cant hear much and of cos dun understand much too..

My first day of school was quite a disappointing experience... considering i was looking forward to it.. I went for a Singapore Studies module lecture today - Nation Building in Singapore.
Its cross-listed as a history level 2000 module.. so the LT is full of seniors... I couldnt spot a single soul that i know.. and ended up sitting somewhere surrounded by seniors. How scary.. They all seem fully prepared... once the lecturer starts talking they start scribbling madly on a piece of paper... Barely 15min past, to my horror, i saw a girl in front of me already filled up one page!!
..And i was still staring blankly at the screen.. which says nothing more then -- "What does nation building means?" oh man..... Gone were the days whereby the screen is full of things to copy and lecture notes were given out before lecture starts...

Yesterday was the best day of O Week (orientation wk). Performances by freshies and counsellors of each house.. and prize presentations..etc. My house TELTAN gave the best freshie performance of all... We didnt win the prize, but in our hearts, and in the hearts of our OGLs and House ICs, WE ARE THE BEST. We performed a skit showing all the nice things that our wonderful House ICs (Debbie & Clement) have done for us... And the whole house sang a song together.. a lot of us cried.. It was really a touching moment.. I felt that we were all bonded as a family.

Finally the ORDEAL is over!! I've got all five modules liao.. although they are not exactly wad i wanted at first.. but i think its quite alright la.. Im taking geography, english language, chinese studies, sociology and a Singapore Studies module called 'Nation Building in Singapore'... sorry this may sound irrelevant to non-FASS pple.. hahaa..
Been going for orientation these few days. It was great fun! Made a lot of friends... quite a few taking geography as major too... Quite happy to see pple with same interest as me. Yesterday was a whole day of outdoor activities.. and the sun was so bright! I'm suffering from a terrible sunburn now... My face is so red that its unrecognisable.. haha. im serious. But i thoroughly enjoyed it la... My OGLs are such nice pple and so are my fellow OG members. Yeah!
