New Police Story by Jacky Cheung is such a nice movie!! One of the very few action-packed movies that i like... cos i dun really like violence and all the fighting.. But this movie is somewhat different.. Its got a terrific plot and the story is brought out in a humorous yet meaningful manner... i mean the story has a meaning to it la.. so its not just a lame story.. Yeap. Great movie. Luckily Weiliat told me about it so we went to watch it.. or else so wasted. Hahaa.. Throughout the movie I was admiring Edison Chen while my bf was admiring Yang Cai Ni.. heheh......

It was my cousin's (biao2 jie3) birthday yesterday. She brought her cute little baby girl over to my aunt's place and we held a mini celebration for her. My baby niece's name is YOKO... sounds so jap hor? haha... neither her mum nor her dad is japanese.. SO i have no idea why they chose this name.. Anyway most of us call her by her chinese name Min En. Haven seen her for only 3 months and she has grown so much! hahaa... ya la little kids always grow so fast.. its like a common known fact.. BUT somehow pple will always exclaim, "WAH. WHY SO FAST GROW SO BIG LE?" haha... well i think lots of pple like to ask the obvious.

I just met a person i've secretly yearned to see for a long time... Its been almost a year since i last saw him.. over the past months i seem to have met every long-time-nv-see friends except him... i thot me and him just not fated.. So today i was kinda stunned.
I was walking out of GV Tampines and i saw his good friend.. but he didnt recognise me... then i had this strong feeling that he must be around too..so i scanned my surroundings hoping to spot him.. then as i was about to walk away i saw him coming.. i was glad he recognised me.. he smiled and did a little wave.. so did i.. It was a mere 2 seconds bah.. But somehow it was enough to send the memories which i've tried so hard to forget to float into my mind once again...
Hmm.. Why i say 'secretly' you may wonder... cos if i say so it would make my friends shake their heads in despair.. haha..Then why i say it here leh? .. cos not many pple read my blog bah.. and only a couple of them will know who i refering to anyway..

Oh man. I absolutely love my new skirt from Fond Hugs!!
Its my favourite colour turqoise(greenish blue) and the design is so nice ya?? Haha.. its the most expensive skirt i've bought so far.. felt the pinch.. but then the more i looked at it the more i think its worth it. LAlalaalaa.. im getting hooked to Fond Hugs skirts le!! (die....)

Today is 15 Oct!! SO this means my worst days are over!! ...but of cos worser days are coming...not so soon though.. so now is the time to celebrate!!

Todays's english test was not bad.. although i made two stupid mistakes..hmm.. nvm la. Kan kai yi dian bah... And after my lectures ended at 12, i was studying all the while in the library with SzWha.. from 12+ to 5pm leh... Really surprised at myself.. haha.. Didnt koe i can be a mugger!

Anyway this weekend must celebrate! Tomorrow is VJC Open House.. i shall go back see see..
Long time nv see vj le... kinda miss it.. hmm.. Life back then was so much more interesting than my life now.. At least i wasnt a mugger then.. Hahaa.

yeah.. finally i can catch my breath.
The 2 projects are nearly done.. and the kids' exams are over so i've got lesser tuition now...

The chinese studies project is really sucky la.. we are suppose to write a report about this very famous chinese literature called shi3 ji4 written by shi1 ma3 qian1.. you say FAMOUS?! ...sorry loh...i have absolutely no idea wad it is... Thank god there's a PRC in my group, she's the know-it-all plus do-it-all... haha.. So now the project is about done though i seem to have done nothing much.. heh.

As for the geography project... hmm... i quite enjoyed doing it cos its about the place i stay - KATONG. We are suppose to find out about people's sense of identity towards the place.. er... basically it means how people feel towards the place bah. Its very interesting cos me and my partner spent an afternoon walking around the whole of Katong area and found out abt a lot of things which i dun even know although its where i've lived for a long time... For example, in the past Katong used to sell mainly Peranakan food, how come now there are only 2 Peranakan shops along East Coast Road? ..etc... If anyone of you is wondering wad is all these to do with geography.. let me tell you.. Human Geography is all about places and the people living in them.. geography is not all about mountains and rivers you know? ..haha....

hmm.. one more point before i go off to study for my english test..
I bought a new printer!!!!
A Cannon Pixma IP3000 printer.
Sooo fast and soooo clear.. and best of all it can print duplex!!!
(duplex means auto print double side)
Isnt it GREAT??!!
haha.. great for all my notes and readings... im SOOO happieeeee!

YOOHOOO!
These days my schedule very hectic... I've got 2 projects to do and both deadline is 15Oct, which is next friday... and 15Oct is also my EL test... Plus this week is final-yr exams for all schools.. so all my tuition kids wanna have more tuition.. so i'm like going for tuition everyday, 7 days a week... haiz.. And some of them so kiasu loh.. or rather the parent very kiasu.. make the kid do so many prac papers and give everything to me for marking.. some dun even have answer key loh.. SO irritating ....Think on the bright side, money's rolling in... Heheh..
Cant wait for 15Oct to be over.. by then means no more tuition, no more projects.. yeah!!
That weekend must really go celebrate man!! heehee =)
