SOCIOLOGY!!!!!!!
I've been mugging this module since hols started... cos next wednesday got test.
SUPER DUPER SIAN!
i doubt i can ever finish reading all the notes... although its like only 5 chapters.. sounds not a lot ya? .. but each chp is 30 over pages of the textbook plus a 1o+page reading... damn shitty rite?

Yesterday i enjoyed myself tremendously at kbox! ..with all my OG pple... singing like crazy.. sing all sorts of rubbish.. laughing at each other..Its been a long time since i last went ktv.. thot i would sound like shit... but in the end quite alright la.. haha.. Its amzing how different pple sound when they speak and when they sing.. So it was a refreshing experience for me to hear my friends sing.. i was utterly impressed by SzWha's low notes.. she can reach as low as any guy singing bass! .. so she can sing the duets with me, she sing the guy part of cos. hahaa. I was also impressed by Hongyi's singing.. the most monotone voice i've ever heard.. despite efforts by us to make him sing with more feelings.. haha.. alright la.. he sings not bad actually.. and Junwei, i bet he's just too shy... he puts his mic more than 10cm away from his mouth and "sound like mosquito" (quote from SzWha) ... haha.. SO i say, going to ktv with friends can be a wonderful experience... you can find out interesting things which u cant see in school. hehee =)

Had great fun today! Went to Jalan Besar Swimming complex with Weiliat.. its a very new swimming complex with excellent facilities..I love the place so much! The toilets are pleasant-smelling and super clean...most importantly the place is not crowded even on a sunday.. cos its not in the middle of a big neighbourhood like Bedok,Tampines etc... Jalan Besar is not densely populated i would say..
And the weather was perfect! Not much sun.. a little wind... so cooling...
The best part of the swimming complex is the children's pool... its like a mini Wild Wild Wet.. One whole big playground built in a pool... with jets of water spraying everywhere.. Looks so fun.. so tempted to go play loh.. but pai seh la... Next time must bring Weiliat's little cousin there so i got excuse to play too.. HEHE..

Haha.. crystal just said i shd blog more.. HOW??? .. i'm leading an absolutely mundane life now loh... which revolves around these few things : mrt rides(EW line), bus rides(95,96), lectures, tutorials, assigments, readings, tests. You pple wanna read about such things meh?! sigh... Weekends are my only source of 'life' man... its not just cos my bf gets to book out but also cos i can temporarily escape from my mundane school life.. Probably i've been too used to seeing my bf in school bah.. last time in VJ he was my motivation to go to school... hai..but now many a times going to school means a long journey there alone, plus one boring lesson, followed by another long journey home alone... How sian..
1.5 yrs to ORD. Seems soooo faaaarrrr away. By then i'll be yr3, the super stress yr, while he's a freshie.. haha.. he's still undecided about going NUS Biz or NUS Arts... i dun wanna influence him la.. but of cos i hope he comes Arts la.. hehee. So i can see him more often mah..
*daydreams* .... ....
Mid-term break is just next week.. quite a nice thot.. although there's lotsa things to study, i take comfort in that i dun have to waste time travelling to school.. Be optimistic man!
Hahaa.. is this enough crap Crystal? i've tried my best to crap la.. hahaa

Alright.. the history test wasnt as bad as i thot.. hehe.. Although i felt a little cheated cos nothing i studied came out.. its mostly based on common sense... But it wasnt that hard la. Great. So one test over! One more test this friday but its open book so i dun feel so stressed.
Just now during the test i was sitting with my discussion group members.. which includes that cute guy from law fac which i mentioned before.. hehee.. We sat together to discuss about the test... not during the test la.. but before and after the test.. =)

I think its been too long a time since i last studied for a test... and the first test i'm about to encounter in NUS is my most hated subject - History. Yucks....disgusting... Ya i know i just said this is my fav module... the lessons are enjoyable but when it comes to test.. its a different story. I've been reading and reading the whole afternoon...interesting facts but nothing much registers in my brain.. i wonder wad is the topic for tmr's test.. just hope that my mind works tmr.. Wish me luck!

I love arcade games! 2 years ago i hated arcades cos i find it too noisy.. but now i kinda like it. hahaa... The wonders of influence from my bf... He introduced me to Time Crisis3 about 2 yrs ago... I fell in love with the game man.. Although i used to think shooting pple is such a sadistic thing but now i find it absolutely thrilling.. haha.. Over time my aiming improved a lot man... Shoot shoot shoot! Die die die! haha... how sadistic.. how fun..

Today me and my bf took his cute little cousin to an arcade at Bedok and had a whole lot of fun... He's only 5 yrs old.. so of cos dun really koe how to play la.. but we helped him along.. hehee. =)

Today i took my bf on a tour of FASS.. haha... i was quite a good tour guide k... except maybe i choked him with too much details.. haha.. for example which drink at which vending machine sells out the fastest..etc.. Today is saturday la.. so not enough chiobus walk around for him to see... soooo sad. But anyway the main purpose of the visit to NUS is for him to read a book on his beloved subject - psychology. The book is so heavy la.. i lazy to bring it back for him so he have to go school to read it.. So we went Central Library...he reads his book while i read my notes. (next wk got 2 tests!)

At night, we went to the Chinese Garden! Waahhhh.. a lot of lanterns loh... lotsa super big ones... modelled on various Disney characters... Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Beauty & The Beast etc... My favourite is the display based on 'Finding Nemo'... Dory looks so real loh! And Nemo.. and the shark(i cant rem his name).. its pretty amazing to see that all these models are actually lanterns and they are so realistic.. Above all, Chinese Garden is such a romantic place! Couples who have ran out of places to go can give it a try. hehee... oh btw the tix price for weekend is $13.. a bit ex la.. but i think its worth it! =)

Remember i said before my SS lecture is the first lecture i have in NUS? And i said it sucked big time ya? Haha... Now i think that my SS lecture is the best... Its the only lecture i fully understand since its all about Singapore history and i've taken history in upper secondary..
This is so unlike other lectures in which everything is so foreign and i always leave the LT feeling so blur.. And most importantly i've found a friend for my SS module! Hahaa.. she's also another loner.. i met her on the second lecture.. i just so happen to sit beside her and she asked me whether im alone in the lecture and i said yes.. then we just clicked!! haha.. She's real cute and she took history in jc so she's a real help too.
As for my SS tutorial, i couldnt get the same slot as her but anyway i still like my class.. very cosmopolitan... pple from various faculties, various countries.. speaking in different accents...
malaysia accent, vietnam accent, china accent, and even canadian accent... I've got to strain my ears all the time to understand everything that was being said.. Its pretty amazing to discuss about Singapore's history with pple from foreign countries.. and im surprised that they know a lot leh... And there's a guy from law fac (final yr)... law fac pple no need to take SS loh... but he took it OUT OF INTEREST.. our tutor almost couldnt believe her ears! haha... So there are actually such pple ard... hahaa... and btw he's very cute. hehee..

Today i went to the Army Open House at SAFTI-MI. It was a very fun experience. I saw all sorts of army vehicles.. took rides in them.. watched a parachuting performance..held all sorts of guns.. etc. And i realised one thing about myself... i can only carry a M16 rifle (according to my bf its the lightest) for merely 5 seconds before i have to put it down.. !! ...its only 3.8kg leh.. but it feels damn heavy ah! Can't imagine how guys can carry such a dumb thing and walk for hours man! Cos they are man loh.. haha.. One thing quite wasted is that i couldnt go try the Night Live Firing.. the bullet special wan leh... got red light wan.. so when the bullet flies can see this bright red dot flying across the field.. so cool... By the time i reached there the queue was so long that they decided to close it.. so i could only stand at one side to watch.. :(

Alright.. after being sick for a few days.. i finally went to see a doctor today..
Today i had a 4 hr break from 12 -4.. and i didnt know wad to do.. But thank goodness i had this brilliant idea.. which is to go YIH to see doctor..haha.. i almost forgot it was so convenient..
So i went.. no queues, no payment needed!! WOAH! haha.. the doctor said i have a serious virus infection... thats why i've been having on and off fever and swelling of lymph nodes.. she gave me lotsa medicine.. but haha... no need to pay leh. yeah. =) ...Actually i thought need to pay loh.. maybe cheaper than private clinics la.. wah but didnt expect its free. I think in future every time i sick i just go there..

Im having a fever... not very high temperature but still very bu shuang... my head hurts..
Its because of not enough sleep.. and stress...
Been mugging a lot loh... never been so hardworking in my life..
