Yesterday: swimming at zanxuan's place and watched Miss Congeniality at GV Plaza.
Swimming at xuan's house is usually a quiet and the-whole-swimming-pool-for-us-only affair... however yesterday a few ang mohs were there too! ...one of them was a rather cute guy called Justin who came over to chat with us... he's from Melbourne, Australia on a business trip here...a friendly and humorous person who is learning mandarin and cantonese! haha.. he could pronounce 'zan4 xuan1' perfectly well and could read 1 to 5 in cantonese.. hahaa.. not bad le la..
Movie was great! One of the few sequels which are as good as the first.. sandra bullock's acting made me laugh like crazy again! haha..
After the movie we met kenneth at taka and helped him look around for a present for his girl-space-friend..haha..after which we met a friend of his and all of us went to have a nice supper of pratassss!! aaahhhh.. it was really delicious man. But so fattening man...

Today: study at MPCL, lunch at PP, study at MPCL, study at Neptune Court, dinner at Cartel(siglap) ... with teo nan zun b.k.a zhang ren jun, a.k.a the nerd from medicine fac... hahaa.. Studying with him gets me stressed when i no need to be stressed (yet)... cos he studies with a frown and his notes look super bu-shi-ren-du-de...which gives me the im-so-xin-fu-but-i-still-dread-studying-so-im-lazy feeling.. And yar you might wanna ask why Neptune Court.. cos he is a 'resident' there la.. its a nice place anyway.. there's this big garden with a lot of greenery and a swing... best is the weather was so cooling.. so fit for sleeping which wasnt a good thing .. and i couldnt concentrate so i realised i kept talking to him and distracting him.. so paiseh.. Oh and one more thing... THERE IS A SUPER DUPER CUTE GOLDEN RETRIEVER AT SAM YICK'S PET SHOP.. its 5 mths old and looks so absolutely adorable that i just wanna hug it..soooo irresistble...

Haven seen kenneth in ages... the last time i saw him was i think right before he enlisted...
Didnt even got to see him bald leh... Now he already got 1cm worth of hair.. hehe
Went dinner with him today.. then we ta-bao bao and tou hua to zan xuan's house.. Supposedly (according to him) we are just suppose to meet zan xuan downstairs only... As he refuses to go up no matter wad... saying that he's pai seh that xuan's mother is around... Made us eat the tou hua beside the swimming pool... until at last we made him go up anyway!! haha... xuan's mother is not a tigeress wad. haha... yea.. everything went well in the end la... despite kenneth looking rather uncomfortable.. hahaha.
Tmr i going to zanxuan's house again to swim!! yeahh! And she is treating me to movies after that!! (haha.. say it here so she cannot back out. =P)

EXAMS ARE COMING.
I'm beginning to feel it... On one hand, im so glad that projects are almost over.. but on the other hand this would mean that the semester is coming to an end aka exams are near.
This sem is really different from last sem cos im much less prepared.. not that im not mugging enough.. but its cos im taking higher level modules which takes a lot of time to understand... I dun wanna start feeling stress but the reality is I DO FEEL STRESSED.

MONEY MATTERS.
holidays are the time to play? noooo.. its the time to work work work.. to get $ $ $...
So im gonna advertise myself here... anyone wanna hire me from may to july to do admin or sales job?

Alright... today i had 2 project presentations...so glad its all over already.. now im sitting outside my tutorial classroom zuo bo cos lecture is at 4pm... ya im using hongyi's laptop again.
Anyway the Cities in Transition project presentation was quite sucky... it was the last chance the pathetic member in our group could redeem herself.. but she failed again.. arriving 50min late.. and even arrived with Mac breakfast as if nothing happened.. It was like the 5th time she is late for meetings.. in fact she was never early.. And not just that, she never do her work on time.. she only presented her part of the work 10 min before the tutorial session... Never seen such an irresponsible person in my life.. ARGHH. You know wad? ... The rest of us are so glad there's this thing called peer appraisal.. hehehehohoho.. she die liao..

Ok.. enough talk about sucky things... Some nicer news.. hehe.
First thing.. my ulcer has fully recovered!! yeah!
I think the antibiotics worked on me.. at least i didnt waste my money.

Another thing is My GREEN APPLE has ballooned to 667 songs now!!
amazing hor... i added in a lot of my old cds.. many of which are burned ones.. hehe..
Now im beginning to think that i should have bought the 6GB one man.... well.. but then if i did, i'll really have to eat si1 bei3 feng1 everyday... (or australian imported hay from a kind soul called renjun. =P)

2 Announcements to make here!

ONE: My ulcer seems to get worse... and i am suffering from lost of appetite and leading to a consequent weight loss of 2 kilos... i weighed myself today at the YIH clinic... Yes.. i went there AGAIN... my appointment card is so full that i the doc had to use a new card already.. Anyway the doc gave me strong antibiotics that cost me 13 bucks!! sheesshh.

TWO: i bought the ipod mini that i have been longing for!!! And its my favourite green colour!! So i named it My little GREEN APPLE. nice name?
HEHEEE. =) ...(ouch..)

Hello everybody.. i am now in a super boring geog lecture... using hongyi's new laptop to kill time.
For so many days.. my MSN nick was: i am overwhelmed with work.
In fact now it still is.. and i think it can remain as it is for the rest of the semester. haiz..
The worst thing is i have a super big mouth ulcer that is affecting my eating and even talking.. it irritates me to the core man!! ...ARGH.
AND.. im actually suppose to be discussing abt a research paper now... which i can barely concentrate on cos i am cold and hungry!

alright.. enough of complaining.. TOMORROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY. =)

After mugging for so many days... the torture ended today with a fairly easy test of 30 mcqs...
You know.. i should be happy since its easy and its over... But somehow i feel so cheated of my time and efforts cos i dun seem to have used much of the info i've studied... The questions were largely 'common sense' qns which lead to guessing rather than using substantial facts... ARGH

There's always a fear of under-studying.. and the frustration with over-studying.
Sometimes i think over-studying brings more disappointment... Somebody tell me, am i weird?

Anyway, after the test i had a nice round of badminton with weiliat and company... meaning guys from army... Exercise really works well at times... I feel so much better now. heh. =)
