Its bidding time again!!
Its the period of anxiety and stress as i monitor the 'stock market' everyday for fear that i will be out-bidded.
This sem i bidding all arts modules again... i actually wanted so much to take a medicine module about Women's Health.. but this module clashes with a lot of other modules... so in the end i gave it up.
So for this sem i'm bidding for 2 geog modules, intro to psy, 1 social work module and 1 sociology module. And btw i've already declared geography as my major... after much hesitation and consideration.

One more thing.
I finally bought my dream watch.
Which is a turquiose Denni genuine leather watch with 2 rows of diamonds at its sides.

BBBbbbbbbrrrrrrrrrr.... its so cold these few days..
The thermometer in my room reads 26 degC... thats colder then when i on the aircon.. But its quite nice la... especially if u stay at home and sleep... its so shiok man.. And even if u go out also nice... the cool wind is very refreshing... as long it dun rain la...
So i hope this kinda weather last for as long as possible... hAhaAz.

oh yes... yesterday i forgot to talk about my jc class gathering on Christmas day.
It was held at Daniel's house... the richest person in the class.
He used to live in a big bungalow with a garden big enough for us to go and play soccer there...(previous class gatherings were held at his house too)
But he moved liao.. now he stays in this gorgeous condominium right opposite LRT station Bukit Panjang... and his apartment is at the highest floor (24th floor).... has its own spacious sky garden and huge balcony with spendid view of the condo's swimming pool and various highways from afar and nearly the whole LRT track. Especially at night.. the view is breathtaking.
oh wells.... anyone interested in Daniel? he's still single. hehee

ok la... enough talk abt his superb house.
The class gathering was fun... we played cards, played pool (oh yes his house got a 9ft pool table)... and ate lotsa nice stuff...
Got spagetti, Shepherd's pie, ham, sausages, roasted turkey.. etc..
Bridge was quite terrible for me... i partner-ed Iuan Xuan continuously for at least 5 times... each time we cooperated quite badly and lost.. sucks man.
After several games of Bridge... we all headed home in Daniel's BIG car that sits 10 pple.

alright.... once again.. who's intersted in Daniel? he's a nice guy and he's single. =)

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!!!

I had a great christmas! Christmas means carolling.. means seeing many friends which i've not seen since last christmas... means a gathering of vjchoir members from various batches... means feeling so happy and heartening to see the vjchoir family gathered together and sing together and receive thunderous applause from a large audience on Christmas day at Raffles Hotel.. WOAHh. i love Christmas!
Today's renuion session at Raffles Hotel was great... i think we sounded quite good.. and i was very impressed by myself that i could sing everything when i didnt practise beforehand at all...haha.. And i think singing that session makes me feel high... cos the acoustic in the lobby hall is so good... so our last notes always 'rings' so nicely.. then follow by such a satisfying applause and smiles from the audience.. some of them will even say things like "bravo!", "nice!", "wonderful!"... haha... i think these makes up the magic of performing.. it just feels so good. =)

Slacking my time away these days....
Doing very relaxing things which i always feel like doing during the exam period... then now finally hols can do these things but dun feel very excited... haha... ren jiu shi ze mo mao dun.
So wad are considered relaxing things?
1. do facial... i love Neutrogena fine fairness mask... although i've never really seen much results.. the feeling of the mask on my face is great.. its cooling and relaxing. ahhhhh...
2. buff my nails, paint nail polish... hey actually this is not really an easy task k... needs lotsa skill to get the polish on nicely.
3. read magazines... iweekly, 8days, female, women's weekly, elle, cleo, FHM... etc.
4. surf all the 5566 websites... and admire all of xie zhi's photos!
5. play my piano... i've neglected my companion for quite some time cos of school work... so im back to it again! ... now learning how to play a song by 5566 - cun zai
6. look at my 2 little roboroski dwarf hamsters while they play... and make fun of them by tempting them to jump with their favourite food - sunflower seeds
7. call my darling every hour and disturb him during his duty! hahaa... joking la.. dun have every hour la... maybe a few times a day bah? hee..
8. sing songs lo... open my mp3 list and sing every song there... either i just sing in my room to zero audience or sing over the phone to my darling. (dunno whether he got listen anot hor?)
9. watch vcds... ever since exams over i've watched finish Westside Story and re-watched half of MVP Valentine... quite boliao la.. but i dun mind cos got xie zhi ma.. hAhAhaa
10. write christmas cards!! Christmas is COMING!! yeah... i write very slow de la.. so this christmas only a few pple will receive my card.. so those who receive them are very honoured!!

Jungiery Mega Stars Concert

Great concert!! Sooooo many ming xing to seeeeeeee!! zhen shi da bao yan fu ah! hehee..
Basically all the stars from qiao jie li (Jungiery) were there..
Cyndi Wang, 5566, 183Club, KOne, 7Flower, Typhoon.. and one more newly formed group.. cant remember wad name liao.
Just one thing unfortunate la.. though i sat at the second row.. which is very clear view of cos.. but its at one side.. and Sun Xie Zhi most of the time stand at THE OTHER side.. ARGH!!
While Sheya's favourite Ren Fu stood at our side of the stage.. best lo..
I took lotsa photos la.. but mostly turned out quite blur... cos got a lot of movement... they dun stand still!! yeah... So here are the more okieee ones.

Yesterday i went cycling at ecp with Sheya and Iuan Xuan... wo de jiao hao suan ahhh.. cos i kena a bicycle thats very hard to pedal... and the gear cannot adjust de... LOUSY. i had a hard time catching up with the 2 of them.. *pant pant*.
After cycling we went to play pool at Megapool. And for once i was the best player.. Heheh.. Usually go play with my bf or guys i always lose de... haha.. But yesterday i could even teach iuan xuan how to play... hmmm... i think i improve le la.. Must be. =P

Today i spent my whole afternoon shopping at Albert OG with my bf, my mum, my aunt, my cousin with her mum and her daughter. gosh... its like a group tour to OG... which was having a storewide 20% sale... that lasted nearly 3 hours.. and we spent a total of 476 dollars... thats after less... li bu li hai?!! ...now my legs are aching even more...

Tomorrow is finally the 11th of December!! Qiao Jie Li Mega Stars Concert. wadever la... zong zhi gt 5566... and most importantly got sun xie zhi!! hehee... wah seh.. im so excited.. i can see him up close again.. *hua chi*....

Wild Wild Wet!!
tian bu zuo mei... today's weather is not sunny.
drizzling the whole day long... soooo cold.... bbbbrrrrrrrrr...
But nevertheless, WWW is crowded with pple... everyone seems to tolerate the cold very well.. hahaa.. SO DID WE. almost la... still shivered from time to time. HAHA.. The slides were great fun... especially the 'ULAR-LAH'... shiok man. We took it twice... And got the pitch black tube... also very fun.. dunno wads it called... AND that band of water that circles the place... in which got water current de... WAH that thing is damn shiok too... cos the water moves you forward.. plus the water is warm! .. for some queer reason.. but we were so glad.. its where we go 'warm up' from time to time. hehee =)

haven been at home for the past few days...

29 Nov Monday

Windor shopping at orchard with zan xuan.
Saw this amazing changing room at the lingerie section of Tangs... There are about 5 changing rooms.. each one beautifully furnished.. with carpeted floor, huge mirrors, nice sofas..etc.. The amazing thing is the size of the rooms.. they are of varying sizes, the smallest one is much bigger than the normal changing room elsewhere, and the biggest is nearly the size of a bedroom! Haha... gals go take a look!!
While we were there.. we saw mediacorp artistes Sharon Au and Chen Tai Ming doing a variety show.. must be to film the nice changing rooms.. Haha. Anyway Sharon Au is so pretty!! She's my OU XIANG! hehee..
After walking nearly the whole of orchard... and our legs aching like crazy... we decided to head home.. i mean her home.. cos we suppose to swim at her swimming pool... Then on our way home on the bus i was asking her abt her love story... Oh btw zan xuan is the long-time-single-finally-got-hitched friend i mentioned abt before.. SO ya... she attempted to tell me her love story.. turns out its the typical boring kind... that starts with I SEE YOU ONLINE, YOU SEE ME ONLINE and continues with I SMS YOU, YOU SMS ME... and ends with I LIKE YOU, YOU LIKE ME. .. TAAA DAAAA!!!! haha... oh wells... i think alot of pple's love story is like tat.. hahaa

30 Nov Tuesday

Singing at Kbox with Sheya, Joanne, YingYan, Cheryl.
I think singing at kbox on a weekday in the morning is really worth it... cos for 8 bucks you get to sing for 3+ hours and includes a set lunch. I thoroughly love singing man.. though i was pre-warned not to hog the mic but end up i still did... But more often than not, its cos they refuse to sing so i had my chance.. Heheh.

Stayed over at Sheya's hostel in NTU
I realised Boon Lay is such a busy place.. not a deserted corner of Singapore which i've imagined it to be... Haha.. But i've already discovered the wonders of JP shopping mall quite some time ago.. Its a great place to shop!
On the contrary.. NTU is an absolutely boring place.. the buildings are sparsely located.. lotsa open spaces.. buildings all look the same.. all look like factories.. so NTU seems like one big industrial park. Then at night it looks very scary.. and my friend still took me on a night tour of NTU...piangz. Now i really think NUS is a great place to be in. So much more cosy-looking and much of NUS's blocks are linked, making travelling easy.. unlike NTU, most of the blocks are separated by open spaces.. and somemore NTU's internal shuttle bus service is not free!!! gosh.. they have to pay 20c for every trip.. Arent NUS pple fortunate?

1st Dec Wednesday

Watched 'Shutter' with Weiliat
I thought it was gonna be a horribly scary show. I was all prepared to pull my bf's shirt and cover my face.. haha. Well end up i didnt. I think its cos the show's pretty predictable.. i could 'see it coming'.. so not really scared by it... Once or twice i screamed because some girls behind me screamed and shocked me.. haha.. And they mostly scream at the wrong times..

Ladies night at Zouk
Went with Sheya and 2 other newly-made NTU friends...Yingying and Angeline... The place was really damn crowded man. There's absolutely no room to move about while you dance... So called dancing is just swaying your body a little and trying not to knock into other pple.. which seems to be an impossible task as it gets later into the night!

2nd Dec Thursday

Went to Evelyn's room at PGPR (Prince George's Park Residence at NUS).
Previous night i stayed over at NTU hostel... so after i woke up i went over to Evelyn's room to bathe and take a nap... since i was supposed to meet her and Jiahui and Weiliat there anyway.. Her room is the A class type.. single room with attached bathroom and air-con. A replica of a 4-star hotel room i would say... I love it so much!! ...hmm... maybe i shd try and save up to stay there for a semester. If only money can drop from the sky! .. hehee..
Anyway.. before i could nap much.. Weiliat and Jiahui came and disrupted my sweet dreams. Hahaa.. we all went to eat Genki sushi at YIH. Not bad... and a little bit cheaper than Sakae or
Suki.. i love salmon i love salmon I LOVE SALMON!!

3rd Dec Friday... that's today!
HAha... woke up at 12... slept for nearly 12 hours... dun say im a pig la.. this is to compensate for the lack of sleep the past 2 nights.. heh.. SO.. wad am i gonna do today? ..hmm... been busy having fun since the end of exams... aiyah.. Today is REST DAY!
